Currently, we ship by BRT all over Italy, Germany and Austria.
The products are shipped to your address within 2/3 days of receiving the payment, which may differ, depending on the payment method chosen. If the product is not available, delivery times may be longer. In any case, shipping times depend on the courier. You will receive an email stating that your order is complete once the product is ready to be shipped, and another email directly from the courier once it has been handed over to them. The courier will send you an email with the TRACKING CODE.
Important: for the parcel to be delivered, someone must be present at the specified address.
After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
